1. Who we are

Veylorix Designs Company ("Veylorix," "we," "us," or "our") is a custom web design and development business based in Georgia, United States. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, store, share, and protect information when you visit veylorix.com or interact with our intake, contact, or revision forms.

By using our website or submitting any form, you agree to the practices described in this policy. If you do not agree, please do not use the site or submit information through it.

2. Information we collect

Information you provide directly

When you submit an inquiry, intake form, or revision form, we collect the information you choose to give us. Depending on which form you use, this may include:

Files you upload

If you upload logos, brand assets, or photographs through an intake form, we receive and store those files so we can use them for your project. We accept image and document files (PNG, JPG, SVG, PDF). We do not extract personal information from uploaded files beyond what is reasonably necessary to deliver the work you requested.

Information collected automatically

When you visit our site, our hosting provider receives standard web request data, including your IP address, browser type, device type, the page you requested, the time of the request, and the page that referred you (if any). We do not currently use third-party advertising trackers, marketing pixels, or analytics tools that profile individual visitors.

Cookies and similar technologies

Our site does not set first-party tracking cookies. Some third-party services we use (such as Google Fonts for our typography) may receive your IP address when your browser requests a font file from their servers. This is a standard part of how those services operate and is governed by their own privacy policies.

3. How we use your information

We use the information you submit for the following purposes:

We do not sell your information. We do not use it for advertising. We do not share it with third parties for their own marketing purposes.

4. Who we share it with

Each of these providers operates under its own privacy policy and security commitments. We use them because they are widely trusted and meet industry security standards, not because they have any independent right to your information.

We may also disclose information if required to do so by law, court order, or valid government request, or if we reasonably believe disclosure is necessary to protect the rights, property, or safety of Veylorix, our clients, or others.

If Veylorix is involved in a merger, acquisition, or sale of assets, information may be transferred as part of that transaction, subject to confidentiality protections.

5. How long we keep it

We keep submitted information for as long as it is reasonably needed to deliver your project, maintain a record of work performed, support hosting and maintenance accounts, and comply with our legal and tax obligations.

You can ask us to delete your information at any time. See section 6.

6. Your choices and rights

You can contact us at any time to:

Depending on where you live, you may have additional rights under applicable law (for example, the California Consumer Privacy Act, or similar laws in other jurisdictions). We honor these rights to the extent they apply to your situation. To exercise any of them, contact us using the details in section 10.

7. Security

We use reasonable administrative and technical measures to protect the information we receive. Intake submissions and revision feedback are transmitted over HTTPS and stored in access-controlled Firebase services. Files are stored in access-controlled Firebase Cloud Storage.

No method of transmitting or storing information online is completely secure. We cannot guarantee absolute security, but we take security seriously and act in good faith to protect what you share with us.

If we become aware of a security incident that affects your information, we will notify you in accordance with applicable law.

8. Children's privacy

Our website and services are intended for business owners and are not directed to children under the age of 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe a child has submitted information through our site, please contact us and we will delete it.

9. Changes to this policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time to reflect changes in our practices, services, or legal requirements. When we do, we will update the "Last updated" date at the top of this page. Material changes will be highlighted on this page or communicated through reasonable means.
